In my area, UHC MS is about 10-15% above the current lower priced plans.

Nope. Fl blue, MoO, Cigna, Humana, Colonial penn, stonebridge, Gerber and prob a few more.

UHC and fl blue are the two cheapest tho for T65. But I think Cigna is a little cheaper but they are brand new in Fl and without a rate history here, I'm not placing it yet.
