United HealthCare Restores Full MA Commissions

Just had a MAPD Medicare Complete Choice plan 2 with UHC issued with an August 1st, 2014 effective date. Insured is new to Medicare. Was not paid the full commission...pro-rated. Maybe I read the email wrong but here in the Florida panhandle it was suppose to be paid at full commission. Maybe I'll give them a call tomorrow.

There may be more to come after CMS verifies the true-up. Pro-rated comes first.

I was paid all this morning with UHC.

Yeah, this morning I checked my UHC commission status and was a little nervous about several chargebacks, but then notice I was being paid full for each one of those members who had been identified as new. I had been worried. Now they just need to stick for 12 months.

same company that only started paying full max allowable commissions to delegated agents two years ago.
