Updating Our Ebook - What's Missing?

It's been over a year since we released our ebook on driving traffic to your website (here's a link to it in PDF format). Time to do an updated version and I thought I'd ask you all for feedback.

where to find LSI keywords now that Wonder Wheel is gone for the foreseeable future.

according to statistics from last year:

google 71%, yahoo 14%, bing 9% (rounded numbers)

I think the most significant aspect that would probably need updates regularly would be the keywords. It should be at par with industry standards and the ebook must have the latest updates so people will take more interest in it. Fresh articles with how you could drive more traffic, given on the daily would probably be the best option here.
