For me, my weekends are filled with family stuff with wife and kids, athletic events etc...so no calls.
I follow up on many of the leads at 6 and 12 month intervals...especially the SE. I write about 1 out of 10. And of the ones I write, over time...25% will purchase another product (auto, home, life or investment).

Oddly, without calling (I email at night), my ROR from weekend leads is just as high as weekly leads.

I don't "work" on weekends. I email about 5-7 quotes Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights (after 11 pm) while I'm at home with the family. Doesn't take long at all, and I'm always doing something at the same time I'm emailing the info.
About 1 out of every four prospects emails be back to ask if it is really a LIVE person sending them the rate. Pretty hilarious. (I always dare prospects to email me back with a trivia question to test if I am really a LIVE person).

I follow up at 1 week, 2 weeks, 1 month and 3months later.
(always assuming I remember to do so)

I am using the Norvax web CRM for follow up, what are you guys using?

I don't use a CRM. I think about using one all of the time. According to some of the threads, it sounds as if there are some decent options available.
