What a Annuity Direct Mailer Needs to Have?

Just wanted to see what everyone's thoughts were on the main points an annuity mailer should contain. What catches the prospect eye? What not to have? Any help you can provide is appreciated...Thanks

I would say, just to get the conversation going, is that one thing to NOT have in the mailer anywhere is the word "annuity".
