What Are the Best Ways to Gain New Business?

Lets face it. The insurance business for agents is not like it used to be. Instead of 4 or 5 walk-ins a day, we're lucky to write 4 or 5 a week. We definitely have to go after new business these days. So what are the best ways to write new P&C business?

I'm not sure if it's the best, but one of the more interesting ones I've heard of was buying pizza for an office and getting quotes that way. Per quote it's probably less than $10 and it's a warm fuzzy at an office where you can get referrals and maybe commercial business. Who wouldn't want free pizza?
