Ok then, so it sounds like CMS only gets involved when the client files a complaint...I think that only comes up when there is a complaint by the enrollee. I assisted a coworker with such a complaint a couple of years ago. The list had a whole litany of questions. Among these, United Health asked for a copy of the SOA, method of contact, any contacts since enrollment, broker's version of the story, etc.
