Does anyone use gmail, calendar, contacts, tasks? I currently use apple but gmail seems to be attractive since its all in one rather than buy a crm.

I use the calendar function because it Duncan with my phone and is helpful when I use a telemarketer. I'm not familiar with how you can use Google as a crm. Are the tasks set up per client, can you keep notes on clients and sort them into groups based on previous purchases?

I use gmail, calendar and google docs for tons of things, but vTiger for a crm.
