Probably just singling out the agent’s who are older than dirt. They figure they will only have to pay renewals for a year or two. Then maybe send a nice floral arrangement if you know what I mean.
They really work all the angles these days.

Is 130% becoming the new norm for FE commissions? Have received several recruiting emails offer that for various carriers. This morning I received one offering 130% for Foresters, Phoenix and Prosperity. Already have UHL at that rate. This is being offered as street with no proof of production or production commitments
Maybe they're desperate for agents? I believe the pool of licensed agents shrinks every year.
Maybe these carriers are the next ones to exit the industry sometime in the next few years?
