Looks like a pretty standard contract from an Allstate agent. Hard to believe that the OP did not know any of this prior to accepting the position. How much time should the whiner get in the first year of employment for PTO? Most Allstate agents hire at 20-25K and don't offer any medical coverage.

Is a livable wage too much to ask. Every job, even after school jobs should pay enough to support a family of 5, house payment, safe eco friendly car, vacations, streaming services, tablet, smart phone, aka all the basic human rights essentials

But I am sure that the ad that he replied to said " salary to $80,000, paid benefits, Paid time off"

Don't. Hire. Leftists. EVER.

It sucks, but that's the world now.

When you employ people who believe that employment is the root of all evil, you get what you pay for.
