Well honestly Im just getting started and Im hoping to start out doing maybe 2500-3000 weekly.. hopefully thats not something out the ordinary or over presumptuous thinking

Can you sell a little bit? Can you keep 25-30 leads a week coming? Are you willing to master a great presentation? Can you keep your eye on the prize for 10-12 hours a day four days a week? Are you a hustler? 3k a week is absolutely doable and what an honest manager would advise as a goal starting out, imho.
