The policy's were fraud because the guy was already dead . It had nothing to do with should the policy be issued . You could go take out 50 policy's on yourself and lie about your income and get $10 million issued . If you live 5 yrs the claims will be paid period . There not contestable. The co's should have picked up 24 policy's were issued . 25 yrs ago i took about 3 $750 k policy's at one time and never put down i was applying for 3 . I guess they'll contest those . Lol .
