Replacement pacemaker can be looked at differently with some companies than a new 1st time pacemaker.

If it’s a first time pacemaker I think every company looks at it exactly the same as any other heart event like a heart attack or stroke.

Ive had that recommended to me several times and for several reasons

Ive emailed, called and called and emailed to remind them-they NEVER respond

Here's the FMO I used to become a Viking. I got a surprize one night when I sent him an e-mail at about midnight...he responded immediately. When I commented on the time, he said he's loves to work, and he's got a lot to do. I'll bet he'll get back to you.
