According to the web site they are illegal in the US unless the "FCC Requirement for Written Consent for "Robocalls" and Autodialed Telemarketing to Cellphone Is Effective October 16, 2013." is met. States can add additional restrictions .

Yeah..Now all you need to do is go out and get 10,000 signatures granting you permission to robo call them so you can load them in your dialer.

Yeah, I was talking to this guy last year who ran a Robo Dialer system and when I brought up the law, he said that he gets the permission from some kind of list of people that checked a box online... Yadayada... Sounded a little too good to be true!
