I would say at least 15 hours a day. More on many days. I work weekends as well.

Really if I am awake I am working in some form. Be it in the office, working on my laptop at home or on the smart phone while out an about.

All clients have my cell number and I take calls and emails 24/7. I also advertise my cell phone so I take calls from new leads as well.

It isn't supposed to be this way but for me I love what I do so much that I am happiest when I am working. I do live to work...I know it shouldn't be that way but as I said I am most happy when making a deal.

Yes, but how many of those hours are actually productive.

While in college, I looked at the schedule of a Microsoft software engineer for a typical day. The typical employee was there 12 hours a day. But if you looked at how the time was actually spent, they really were only working 8 hours.
