How to Hire Lead Sales Specialist?

I'm looking to hire a lead sales rep (not to sell leads - to sell websites / other marketing to insurance agents. I'm looking for someone who has good experience working with the insurance agent community and understands their needs from a marketing perspective.)

Any ideas on good places to find them? I've tried monster and craigslist to no avail.

You could make 100 posts on here and put it up in the offers section. I think you may be looking for something that may not exist, but that's another place to start.

You're going to have a lot of competition and a tough audience.
