Just a thought...but have you considered buying leads for business?

Yeah but I don't think that I will need leads I am going to fish for my own leads at first so that I can sharpen my blades. Maybe in the future. One of our carriers is interested in providing me with free leads in some of the local zip codes which will also help me get started.

I just officially started working a little bit ago. Making 0$ atm is ok because I do quite well at a second bartending job at a craft beer gastropub. First thing I have been doing is asking friends and family if I can quote them. (to practice) Just trying to learn and grow. At the agency here we are licensed to do business in about 15 states, personal lines in just 2 WI/MN. Wish we could do OH and FL (personal) because that is where most of my family is out of.
