They are the same, just male/female voices.

I would think it would help the lead company to have a female voice since it's less threatening to women and more enticing to men, thus getting more leads with fewer phone calls; but does this matter to the agent?

Just to be clear, Steve's the male voice and Jane' the female voice.

I don't know, but I guess you have to be PC. Maybe he could use Bruce TransJenner's voice. What would you call those leads?
