I like ANICO but I have given up updating it these days I tether my phone to my laptop and jump on the agent site.
 
MOO is hard to beat at less than $10 for $30k age 6 and under. Goes to $13 or so if over 7 yrs old. $30k is the max db. But, if you can sell $50k or more to the child I like Cincy. They also have a 10 pay.
