Looking to Get into FE phone sales

I've sold FE by phone with an IMO with some success.
Am thinking about doing it again, only going solo and getting my own leads.
Any advice?
The tech needs as far as setting up to work out of the home?
Getting website?
Carriers that are easiest to work with?
I'm also open to talk with agencies but I am a little skeptical.
