Old American used to take Alzheimers as standard. I never wrote them. Too MLMy for me. No idea what they're taking now. But even back then, they'd take it if the applicant could do the phone interview. Kind of a catch 22.

Times change. I can remember when diabetes wasn't even asked about on a Med Supp app. Now it usually has 4-5 diabetes related questions (thanks to the sugar industry).

No, they changed their pricing grid. PM is better in most cases.
