Marketing Plan

I've never really tried this method, although I have thought about it from time to time.

I get quite a few marketing pieces left on my door, mostly from real estate agents. The thing I have always wondered is why they don't also knock on my door before leaving their stuff. If someone answers the door, they actually have an opportunity to strike up a conversation. If the person doesn't answer the door, they can simply leave their market update behind.

For a relationship business like ours, having an actual conversation would be the way to go.
