MedicareCenter Call Recording

I'm recording everything coming in and going out, throwing it in a file and cms can sort through it if they audit me.
The metaverse offers a future full of potential micro second CMS call audits. They will simply send agents a bill for each violation. Too many sales violations and that FMO Monopoly will inherit your block of business.
 
Sounds like the "medicare-center" / "sunfire" call recording options will give the agent a random number to call out from or receive calls in - one agent (already) is having issues with the number assigned to him. Previously the # was one that has been used in the past by (wait for it) medicare call centers - this agent said that they just got their number from the "platform" and almost immediately got an angry call from a beneficiary, on that number, who was complaining about all the Medicare calls.

This is so dumb.

But, at least no one will ever again enroll in a plan without fully, 100% understanding everything!!

Regulations are so helpful and there is no waste at all resulting from them.
