These vendors get you sucked in, then 2 to 3 years later, they come out with storage or usage fees, and you're stuck as you maybe can't transfer recordings, or the company goes belly up, or they go with a different 3rd party vendor.

A lot of FMO’s aren’t answering all the agent questions - proving that they are covering their own ars. By the time this is all figured out, agents will be out of the business, captive, or working for one of those $18 per hour Celebrity boiler room call centers. Can’t imagine the insurance companies are loving this cluster.
