Need help Georgia Non resident license instructions

just applied for my NR license for GA and it's asking for additional insructions.. but the link they provided doesn't work

Does anyone have a copy of the instructions.. looks like it's a citizenship affidavit but I need the specific instructions to submit.

Lic Class: Agent-Nonresident - Comments: Please visit http://www.oci.ga.gov/Enforcement/Citizenship.aspx for instructions on how to submit additional required documents. All applicants will be required to submit these documents before the application can be processed *

Don't do it through NIPR. Go to the GA DOI website. Yes you need a citizenship form. Has to be notarized. Stupid rule.

already did through NPR .. what's the issue with it..

Someone from GA just emailed me .. I tried calling them earlier .. stayed on hold for 1 hr and then it dropped ugh. So it's good that I got that email
