Does anyone on here have any experience with NIDA Marketing. I talked with them and they want me to contract with Transamerica and Foresters through them. They offer free E&O. It sounds good but I wanted to make sure it's not too good to be true.

Never dealt with them but you don't need E&O to write Trans. You do for Foresters though.

Correct. E&O isn't expensive anyway. $495/yr with Errors & Omissions (E&O) Insurance Sponsored by NEA. I believe it's even less for members of Independent Life Insurance Agent Association. Call Nick Perry at 404-660-1020 for details.

Good people, have been around for a long time, and offer fair contracts.
I have my TransAm contract with them.

They are a partner company of ours. Excellent people, offer same contracts as we do obviously.....LOL.

E&O only covers insurance written under them and not with other companies. So you may want your own plan. Foresters offers an excellent group plan with CalSurance/Zurich and covers all carriers and Index products. Runs about $425/year.
