@sairest1 if your looking for help this place is a great start in that direction. Past posts are a treasure trove of gold nuggets waiting to be found... that said... you need to understand that your dealing with a lot of old dogs around here... ton of bark at times, and mouths full of gums.
However; plenty of deep wells full of sound wisdom from years of sales. Don't be too hasty to judge, come hat in hand and be willing to take criticism along with suggestions along the way.
We are all still learning... some are just a few grades ahead of you.
