Old Gerber app?

Shame gerber can’t bother to put out a brochure besides the stuff they ask us to print off.

Tell me about it. I submit a decent amount of business with them and I just end up writing policy details on the back of my card.

I just looked at the Gerber app and it doesn't say MI on the bottom. But there is a code there which might specify the state. Since Gerber is from Michigan it does state their name and address on the top of the app.

I will send what I have and you can call the HO ands ask if it works.

Keep a blank copy until after the 1st. they are hard to come by that app works for most of the states.

the apps look identical except for the small 1117 typed on the bottom of the new form. Can you say white out?
