Partnering with Homecare/Nursing Agencies

I'm trying to think 'outside' of the box a little, other than relying on lead purchases.

I have some relationships from previous business. This got me thinking - is it worth to work with them as a referral source? Or is this a ..bad.. idea because FE and life companies won't underwrite if they're currently in a skilled nursing or home care environment?

I'm also thinking of my grandma, who had home care about a yr prior to her passing. She did not have any FE, and put a little strain on the family. Had I known about FE then, I would have made sure we purchased some..anyway, it just got me thinking, is it worth to reach out to these agencies?

Worse thing that can happen is they say "NO". Hippa could get in the way though
 
I understand, I guess my question is more: is the nursing home, home care population a worthwhile target market, or no, because they wont pass Underwriting.
