Paying for leads vs paying for lead generation

Then again, we don't offer the all you can eat. $15 is a fair price for a hot, fresh lead.

$15 is a very fair price! It's especially doable when you offer it to your own agents, so it pays you back with overrides. I am not an agent, so I don't get to benefit from their production.

Our agents love the simple 10 lead guarantee. If they want 20 - they just run two Ad Campaigns . . .

Then again, we don't offer the all you can eat. $15 is a fair price for a hot, fresh lead.

We are working on a Medicare lead. That's will be $150 for 6 leads.
question :
those leads are only for one carrier ?

The "all you can eat" retainer model is still on the table (not sure if I will pull the trigger though), but it would fit larger teams or IMOs better than individual agents. In many cases, it's simple economics.

Let's assume a team of 10 agents could pay $500/mo (just for illustration purposes) per agent PLUS additional $600 for the actual cost of ads.

Retainer - 10 agents x $500 = $5,000/mo
Ad spend - 10 x $600 = $6,000/mo
TOTAL = $11,000/mo

That $6,000 ad spend has a potential to generate anywhere from 600 leads (@$10/lead) to 1,500 leads (@$4/lead). Let's say it produces 1,000 leads on average. That means that each agent would receive around 100 leads per month.

Their actual investment?

$500+$600=$1,100/mo for 100 exclusive leads which translates to $11/lead! It sure could go higher that that, but it could also go lower. Even if it goes up to $15/lead, it still beats the $20-$25 per lead programs out there! :-)

As I said before, this model is best suited for larger teams or IMOs.

Great Value!

True. We may make $2 per lead - woot woot. But - the value prop is they get access to affordable, hot, fresh lead to go out and sell and when they make money - I make money too!

We can fix this part - get a license and sign up. I know a guy ;)

Hey everyone. Just want to throw this out there. New to the forum but not new to TV commercials.

Primedia is a national liquidator of unsold commercial airtime. We can run your commercial for final expense on a straight per call basis - so we eliminate the risk in marketing. Meaning you tell us how many calls you want and we air the commercial until you receive the amount of calls you paid for.

TV commercial is exclusive to you and you only. The phone number in the commercial will get routed to you directly so it will be you who answers the phone in real time. Commercial will say final expense.

Our call package is $35 per call for minimum 25 calls purchase and $28 for 50 calls.

TV commercial will run on AC Nielsen verified audience tv stations not subscriber based channels which is misleading. Commercials will run 8am - 8pm

Theses are exclusive calls routed to you directly so you will have the piece of mind knowing its not resold. It can be set up where one call will come at a time and a billable call is someone you are speaking with. Dropped calls and callers you don't speak with are not billable calls.

If interested you can reply back, check profile for info or pm me. I can send you our current FE commercial we are using. We can plug in your name in the commercial and we will send you the analytics so you will have all the data to track your calls. This is as exclusive as you can get when purchasing leads. My goal is to make sure this campaign is a success so you keep buying media from me.

Too expensive.

A laughing chimp can get a spot produced and run on local channel(s) and create a TV Lead for under $15 each. Easy. Just takes some initial leg work.

I find that very hard to believe. These have 30 second buffer and your company plugged in. And billable calls are calls that you speak with. Why ruin something good that can help agents with something that doesn't even make sense. TV production cost will set you back some money. How are you squeezing all this for $15? I have to call this out sorry.

The TV station will produce you a :30sec spot for $300 or so . . .
