I had a family member call me and they signed up for a new PDP plan on Medicare.gov. The received a card from Humana which means they enrolled in the wrong plan because they were expecting a card from another carrier.
Can they simply go back on medicare.gov and re-enroll into the correct plan and the Humana will be cancelled?
