Prior Cocaine Use.

I've seen an MIB report (assisted a client when a company requested a copy). It only says the company name. No approve or decline status. Just an FYI, insurance companies are not allowed to decline a prospect solely because of MIB. They must cross reference to another method (APS etc...)

Does anyone have any suggestions on this case. Eighteen months ago I wrote a lady a $50000 policy which was with a company that required a Oral Fluid test. I was surprised when she was declined and tried to find out why. My IMO checked and said the underwriter "suggested that cocaine traces were found. She never found out why because she did not ask.

She calls me last week and wants to get a policy now. My concern is that MIB will now show a decline and for what reason. Any suggestions on Final expense coverage for 25000 that would not be declined.
Old American will not decline.

I remember her boyfriend was there and he wanted a quote on life but never followed through. He was a musician by profession. Good thing I guess as I would have probably had 2 decilines. Haha I will make sure her phone number is posted on MIB.:D
