assuming the "leads" are just business records (lacking any insurance policy information) 50/m is frickin amazing. Is there a contract? What happens if people just download your whole database in 1 month and have no need for the subscription?
By the way most "lists" are D&B lists marked up.
Organic Lists one generated for you specifically and have renewal information Ie effective date, carrier info, premium, employee count etc. Those are worth a **** load more. maybe 15-35$ per record depending on the amount of information collected.

A lot of people are pretty excited about it.
