Smoker + dialysis

New guy to FE here. Is there a carrier who will insure 65y/o smoker who goes through dialysis process? He wants $15-20k FE.

My GI business is pretty sticky. However, on dialysis and a Smoker, I would just consider the comp a short term loan.

Smokers on dialysis without other issues have a 9% higher death rate than non smokers. If there are other issues such as coronary or heart disease the death rate jumps to 20% higher than non smokers with the same underlying disease.

Gw all the way. 9 month chargeback for death is the best in business . I wrote a 75 yr old on dialysis $25 k 10 months ago . I’m past the chargeback period .
