So how does that work? "CMS employs approximately 6,400 Federal employees, but does most of its work through third parties.Nov 7, 2022."

Insurance companies who have ten's of thousands of employees who can handle complaints. So how will CMS handle this? Overseas call centers to talk to our clients and adjudicate the complaint?

Just wondering.....

Beware, this MAPD program is on fragile ground with agent comp imo. It's coming as the program will be forced to AXE bells and whistles that just cannot be sustained financially.

IE: Free Dental, Free hearing aids, Free grocery cards, renewals for agents........imo

CMS won't be able to handle it. They'll find that out and then change something again. They really don't know what they are doing when it comes to these rules. They are trying to fix a crack in the glass with a sledge hammer. Stupidity at its finest!
