Cold Calling is a earn skill. Takes lots of practice to get good at it. Most give up before they master it. Very few of us like doing it. It can work, but most of us dont want to invest that much time doing it and take that kind of abuse.

Try targeting local business types that you're most competitive with. You can use the fact that you're a local agent in your pitch. Always try to get an xdate out of the prospect even if they say their not interested.
