I did t64 Medicare seminars for over a year it worked just fine. Every month it wasn't a full house but I made money and received referrals. It can be done I usually mail for a seven month period. If I mail this month it would be April, May, June, July, August, September and October. Make sure you have a newsletter system also. Each month I mail one month drops off and I pick up a new month. So I'd drop off April and pick up November. I mail to all the other months every month until it drops off. You must be consistent and committed. Good luck
