It's not legal in Indiana. Recreational use is legal here so I don't worry about getting a medical card.

Delta 8 & 10 are now legal in SC. (technically they always have been since only Delta 9 is illegal)
So now all the shops have gummies and other D8 stuff. Starting to see D10 edibles and combos of D8/D10/CBD. Interesting times. Normally our legislature would "fix" that, but they are too concerned with their extremist conservative agenda. Meanwhile, Ive visited 3rd world countries with far superior roads vs. the ones that are crumbling apart here in our state... big businesses are literally not setting up shop here because our roads are so poor. But who cares about 2' wide potholes when we can draft a heart beat abortion bill thats not even legal under US law yet. But I digress... I drove a lot today... lol.
Anyhow, we have THC edibles now, just not Delta 9 THC edibles. Dumb. But cool.
