How do you generate enough new and unique content to keep 130 sites fresh?

There's no time requirement for updating sites, although that is best practice, of course. I focus on about four of them with periodic updates, as often as my schedule allows.

Everything I've done, I've done myself.
For general business sites, I'm sure you could easily farm out article generation.
I'm even sure that I could find someone to write generic articles on Medicare for my Medicare Supplement quotes site, or sales tips for agents on my Medicare training site, but I just wouldn't trust the quality. Plus, I'd have to proof read them, anyway.
