What should I look for in a CRM

Gold. Glad I came across LACRM. Spent a lot of time looking for one, and finally came across this one. Simplicity, which is what I was looking for.

I want to correct myself. I spoke with my RadiusBob support team and Radius Bob and AgencyBloc have been merged together as one for about 1 year. AgencyBloc will use some of the features that RadiusBob has such as a dialer.

Just an fyi, we have no idea what is happening with Rbob. So far, we only know that AB purchased them and changes won’t happen until late ‘23. Crickets since early in the year.

I'm hoping that they leave the two as separate CRMs. But with my luck .....
