Who Carriers Do Congestive Heart Failure?

Hi I'm not contracted with Americo, but i seem to recall a conf call that I heard where Americo considers the date of diagnosis for CHF, and can consider meds to be Maintenance rather than Treatment. I want to say that CHF can be answered NO on the app, if it was diagnosed more than 2 years ago. But on the other hand COPD is not considered in the same light, any meds are Treatment, and the answer on the app should be Yes. Could someone in the know clarify that Americo Date of Diagnosis / Maintenance rule at Americo for me? Thanks.

Any final answers on this one ^^^ ???

The Americo app says, "In the past 2 years has the proposed insured had, been told they have, or been prescribed medication, or had surgery for congestive heart failure..........?" That would seem to me that taking any medication for CHF would have to answered yes.

Similar to what's already being discussed in another thread... Americo's underwriting doesn't seem to be very transparent.
