Direct Mailing Vs Door Hangers?

Depends on if you have more money or more time.

Door hangers are a long shot (as in struck by lightening long shot.) Door knocking would be much better than that but still finding needles in haystacks.

Direct mail is definitely the way successful agents work.

I have never used door hangers, but just a quick personal perspective:

Door hangers never make it inside my house before they are wadded up into a little ball; direct mail always at least makes it to my kitchen table intact.

Using direct mail never gets your arse bitten by dogs, rained on, heat stroke (near 100 here today), frozen in the winter, etc.
