Getting Started in Medicare Supplement Business

I have been kicking around the idea of doing some Med Supp business in addition to my FE business. It's been years since I have written any health plans so I don't really know where to start.
I work in Central Florida (Orange, Seminole,Lake Counties) so if anyone knows which carriers are competitive around here I would appreciate your help.

Any recommendations on IMOs that can help with lead cost would be great too.

I don't really help with the lead cost, but I do give the higher contracts so that you can pay for the leads.
