I have a hundred or so old internet leads I need to finish contacting. I received their emails along with their name/number/address of course but my question is am I taking a chance by emailing them??

I don't have in my possession any type of opt in from them. I don't plan to send them regular emails just may want to email the ones I don't get on the phone.

.999 will ignore your email, be a bad address or go to their spam. I think you are wasting your time emailing and sure someone could "blow the whistle" on you for spamming but the chances are very slim they even respond let alone report you for spamming

If they are truly a lead and provided you with their email as they became a lead, then there is no spam issue for contacting them.

If on the other hand, you had somehow taken their from somewhere and began emailing them insurance solicitations, that would be a different story.
