44 year old kidney dialysis

I'd go with Great Western as it's cheaper than Columbian or Kemper with a 2 yr wait. But the biggest advantage over all other Gi's is only a 9 month chargeback for death which is the best in the industry . I've been burned with Gerber's 2 yr chargeback for death several times and mostly write Great Western now.

Sons of Norway is 12 months for any termination, including death. They're not available in Michigan, but they are in Arizona.

Sons of Norway would be my first thought but they’re only billing dates are first and 15th which probably won’t work in most cases
