Well it's on the cusp of being GI lol w/o the big chargeback potential that the GI's pose. What's the GW chargeback policy?

One IMO told me face to face only, and another said you didn't have to be present.

Guess I am old school.. I think the agent commission is earned unless the company refunds the premium to the insured..... If the company is paid, the agent should be paid.
