I hear American Income Life, offers an AD&D policy to clients for a couple of canned goods...

I don't know what their rates are but I know their AM Best ratings are not good. Unless they really have some advantage over other companies that I'm not aware of there are lots of more solid companies to sell.
United Home Life is a lot cheaper and better.
