like being able to use their PHD help desk chat for when I need a quick bit of info. They also have good tools for tracking applications and what the hold up is if there is one. I would definitely not be a fan of the calling in for coaching lol that really sucks

It really wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be. I had already changed what they asked for (as far as I could see) and just asked for clarification for one thing they asked.. which was a technicality. I said "Original Medicare" vs "Medicare Advantage" and you have to have OM to get MA.. so okay...

Most of the time was spent talking about TPMO's.
