I've never seen "start-up" costs that low with efes. Maybe that was years ago, or they charge wildly different amounts depending on the "manager?"

I'm not sure, I just know that is what I was told. I have been with them since feb, so maybe a month. So, as far as I know that is still correct, and then in commissions retail is 90% and then wholesale is 110%. I really like working with them it's kind of like getting the best of both worlds.
