In my area of NC, they are pretty strict about using the libraries. The use has to be for purely educational purposes. I'm working on it, but it's hard to do.

Join up with your local Toastmasters club, too. If you're new to public speaking, the training and experience will be invaluable.

I can vouch for Toastmasters. It's a fantastic organization.

I can vouch for the "loyal order of cavemen" it's a spectacular organization. Full of like minded people, that's where I met Arnguy. I have a bigger club though.
